New Head Coach appointment for Rohrig EDP
We’re proud to announce Phil Burleigh as Head Coach of the Rohrig Elite Development Program (EDP) for 2026. A former professional with a 17-year career across NPC (Bay of Plenty & Canterbury) Super Rugby (Chiefs, Highlanders, Sunwolves), European rugby with Edinburgh, Japan (Kyuden) and international honours with Scotland national rugby union team, Phil brings genuine elite experience in skill execution, game management and player development. Welcome back for Season 2026! I hope all our members had an enjoyable holiday period. It is hard to believe that February is almost over and Super Rugby is already underway. Congratulations to all Brothers representative players, especially Fraser McReight, who makes his Reds captaincy debut, and Vaiuta Latu, who makes his Super Rugby starting debut.
