The Brethren delivered another commanding performance on the weekend, remaining undefeated after a ruthless 76–12 victory over Wests Bulldogs in front of a buzzing Crosby Park crowd.
Brothers wasted no time asserting themselves early, opening the scoring through a powerful maul effort that had the home crowd roaring.
First points in front of the Butchery.
The opening stages belonged entirely to the men in butcher stripes, with relentless pressure and slick ball movement causing all sorts of problems for Wests. Brothers continued to build momentum when Wilson crossed for the side’s second try on his 99th First Grade appearance.
From there, the floodgates opened.
Brothers piled on five tries in under 20 minutes, with Prass and Dalle Cort helping orchestrate a clinical attacking display as the lead exploded out to 27-0 before Wests could settle into the contest.
Wests managed to respond with a late first-half try, but Brothers still headed into the sheds firmly in control with a 29-5 advantage.
The visitors came out firing after halftime and struck first in an attempt to claw their way back into the match, but Brothers quickly shut the door. A try in the corner steadied the home side before a penalty try, at the worst possible moment for Wests, pushing the margin further beyond reach.
Brothers then shifted into another gear entirely.
Three tries in five second-half minutes showcased the side’s attacking firepower, with Harley producing a clever trick-play finish to extend the lead to 55-12.
The highlight reel continued when Grafton produced a stunning runaway try, charging the length of the field to ignite the Crosby faithful. Not done yet, he later sealed a hat-trick with a full-field intercept effort to put an exclamation mark on the afternoon.
By full-time, Brothers had run in a staggering 76 points in another dominant display, maintaining their undefeated run and continuing to build serious momentum as the season rolls on.

The Permier Women’s side came away on the scoreboard 48–19 against Wests, but there were still clear signs of growth and development throughout the performance.
While Wests capitalised on their opportunities and controlled large periods of the match, Brothers continued to show improvement in key areas, particularly in their structured phases and ability to build attacking passages under pressure.
Despite the result, there was a noticeable commitment to sticking to their systems and working through sets, with the team showing glimpses of the combinations and cohesion that have been steadily building across the season.
The scoreline didn’t reflect the effort or intent, with the group continuing to lay important foundations as they progress through the campaign and sharpen their connections week by week.
With each outing, the Brothers Permier Women are building clarity in their game style and strengthening the blocks needed for sustained improvement as the season develops.

Colts 1 continued their impressive winning streak with another strong performance, producing some high-quality attacking football and showing real composure across the 80 minutes.
Their confidence with ball in hand and ability to stay disciplined under pressure continues to set them apart week after week as they build serious momentum in their campaign.
Across the club, the standards being set by the other grades remain consistently high, with each side contributing to a strong culture of effort, accountability, and physical commitment.
Week after week, the program is showing real depth, with every team lifting the expectation of what it means to represent Brothers Rugby.
